Ink/Stitch will always load the file with trims instead of the jump stitches (not sure about the file specifications at the moment). But have a look at the settings at your machine. You still should be able to sew out your design with jumps instead of trims. If a clipping solution would be fine, then draw a clipping mask that has the hole in it.
