I personally would consider making overwhelm tank for fun. Keep in mind overwhelm gets exponentially better the more you have. Try to get a few other chars with overwhelm, and if you can stack it 4-5x times then it's extremely strong. Laugh as that Lindwurm suddenly has 37 attack and rolls 5%.
