WebJun 19, 2024 · The consistency of the balm is very thick and and stiff. Since the balm is very thick, the application may be a bit tough, but once applied, it does magic to the lips. Though the balm may feel a bit waxy in the beginning, that feeling vanishes in a bit. I love the mask that it feels very moisturizing and makes my lips very soft and hydrated.
