Watch Filth City (2017) Full Movie, Filth City is a 2017 Canadian parody film, coordinated by Andy King. The film stars Pat Thornton as Mayor Hogg, the leader of York City who is involved in a political outrage. The film is approximately in light of the rocks outrage encompassing previous Toronto chairman Rob Ford.
